The Loneliness
of
Becoming
This ongoing body of work looks at how instability reshapes the feeling of home. I create intimate interior scenes where distant external events find their way into private spaces through screens, windows, and reflections.
Frontal compositions and architectural structures bring a sense of order and containment, but small shifts begin to unsettle that balance. The work follows how external realities slowly settle into everyday environments, changing how safety and familiarity are experienced.
I Found Life in Stills
This ongoing body of work is a series of still life paintings built from everyday objects, flowers, fruit, tiled surfaces, and corners of home. Through these scenes, I explore the idea of finding beauty in the everyday and paying closer attention to the small things that often go unnoticed.
